These Terms & Conditions govern the use of ENGYARA and its engineering services platform. By registering for or using ENGYARA, you agree to these terms.
1. ENGYARA Platform
ENGYARA provides an online platform that connects clients seeking engineering services with engineers and engineering professionals.
Clients may post projects, and engineers may submit applications and proposals for available projects.
2. User Accounts
Users are responsible for providing accurate information when registering and for maintaining the security of their accounts.
Users are responsible for activities performed through their accounts and should not share their login credentials with unauthorized persons.
3. Engineer Profiles
Engineers are responsible for the accuracy of the qualifications, experience, skills, portfolio items, CVs, and other professional information displayed on their profiles.
ENGYARA does not independently guarantee or certify every qualification, statement, or document submitted by users unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Project Information
Clients are responsible for providing sufficient and accurate project information, requirements, files, and expected delivery requirements.
Clients must have the necessary rights and authorization to upload and share project documents through ENGYARA.
5. Applications and Engineer Selection
Engineers may apply for projects available through the platform. Clients are responsible for reviewing applications and selecting an engineer.
Selection through ENGYARA does not constitute employment by ENGYARA.
6. Engineering Services
Engineers are responsible for the professional services and deliverables they provide.
Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables and determining whether they meet the agreed project requirements.
Where required, engineering work must be reviewed, approved, signed, stamped, or otherwise authorized by appropriately licensed professionals or authorities in accordance with applicable laws and project requirements.
7. Project Revisions and Completion
Clients may review submitted work and request revisions when appropriate. Projects may be marked as completed after the client approves the submitted work.
8. Payments
ENGYARA does not currently process payments between clients and engineers through the platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any payment arrangement made outside ENGYARA is the responsibility of the participating users. ENGYARA is not responsible for external payment transactions, payment disputes, or agreements made outside the platform.
9. Reviews
Clients may provide reviews based on completed projects. Reviews should reflect genuine project experiences and must not contain abusive, misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
10. Prohibited Use
Users must not use ENGYARA to:
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Upload files they are not authorized to share.
- Infringe intellectual property or confidentiality rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to another user’s account or information.
- Distribute malicious software or harmful content.
- Use the platform for unlawful activities.
11. Intellectual Property and Project Materials
Users retain responsibility for the materials they upload and the work they create.
Ownership and usage rights for engineering deliverables should be determined by the agreement between the client and engineer.
ENGYARA does not automatically claim ownership of engineering work created by users through the platform.
12. Platform Availability
ENGYARA may modify, maintain, suspend, or update parts of the platform when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, improvement, or technical reasons.
Continuous or uninterrupted availability of the website cannot be guaranteed.
13. Limitation of Responsibility
ENGYARA facilitates connections and project workflows between users but is not automatically a party to agreements entered into between clients and engineers.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ENGYARA is not responsible for losses arising solely from disputes, external transactions, unauthorized user actions, or inaccurate information supplied by users.
14. Account Restrictions
ENGYARA may restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, security threats, serious violations of these Terms, or unlawful use of the platform.
15. Changes to These Terms
ENGYARA may update these Terms & Conditions when the platform or its services change. Updated terms will be published on this page.
